Description
Hello, Not 100% sure if this is a FEX issue since i can't test this with box64 to confirm as it can't run the games i tested, But there seems to be some sort of stutter that starts to happen after some play time in any vulkan linux game.
To reproduce this:
- Launch any vulkan linux native title (In my case i tested this with TF2 and WarThunder)
 - Play for a bit (Can take some time)
 - Stutter suddenly appears out of nowhere

In war thunder this seems to be caused by input events, If i don't move my mouse or press any key the game runs perfectly fine, The moment i hold a key you can feel the initial stutter, followed by some no stutter, then continuous stutter.
Can't provide a video as it doesn't really show up properly in videos.
System information:
- OS: Artix linux (ARMtix)
 - CPU/SoC: CD8180 (Radxa Orion O6)
 - Video driver version: OpenGL ES 3.2 Mesa 25.2.4-arch1.1
 - RootFS used: Official arch rootfs
 - FEX version: FEX-2510-50-g2a57428
 - Thunks Enabled: No

Additional context
Games tested were 64 bit
Reproducable on aarch64 with radeon drivers
Not entirely sure if this is vulkan only or also for opengl, Tried launching TF2 with opengl and it also happened there so i want to assume no?
Doesn't seem to happen to windows/wine games as far as I'm aware, Or perhaps it does but it's so minimal it's unnoticeable.
