Request to remove cock.li #545
Description
Currently all e-mail domains provided by cock.li are blocked. There seems to have been a significant back and forth in this list because of this e-mail address provider:

Personally, I would like to see it removed, as I use it myself.
I also find it hard to consider a burner e-mail address provided since you have to ensure you are human, by filling a captcha, and run a proof-of-work algorithm that takes a few minutes on most consumer grade CPUs. This is the case for most e-mail providers, e.g.: ProtonMail, so for consistency this provider shouldn't be blacklisted.
