Drivers Hub connects to another robot with a hub already connected

In a very rare occurrence the drivers hub will connect to a different robot if it knows the network info, while another one is already connected.

It's not a rare occurrence, any device can connect to the Control Hub (or SmartPhone) network if it knows the network info, but the second Driver Hub will not be able to command the Robot unless the first device disconnects, even momentarily. Is this what you believe you saw?
