Surrogate footnote on printed qualification schedules

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We just ran an FTC Qualifier event and we were asked by half the teams what the asterisk meant on the schedule. While this is documented well in section 13.6.2 of the tournament guide there was no indication to its meaning on the schedule sheets.

Describe the solution you'd like
A footnote on the printed schedules with a brief description of what a surrogate match is. A possible example:

• Surrogate match; alliance results do not affect team tournoment standings. For details please see --manual-link--

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Do nothing (problem persists)
2. QR code to game manual
3. Conditionally add footnote (don't add for schedules without surrogate matches).
