Hello,
I cant install rtmidi becose only goes to python 3

equirement already satisfied: novation-launchpad in ./.local/lib/python3.10/site-packages (1.0.0)

In case you need to know this after *coughs* two months, er, this
thingy here does not need rtmidi. It runs on PyGame ...

You probably are running a fork.
