sound: I2S: verify crosstalk/buffer overruns

When doing board to board I2S, there is a lot of clipping single samples, and the capture is 1.3x speed.
When we have less janky cabling and proper routing, this issue might disappear. If not, we need to go play with the DMA interrupt levels, so the fifos never overrun.
