• 12:00 arrival * arrival on site * arrival of boxes and cabling

• 15:00 arrival of cameras and microphones

• Loading fresh batteries in the microphones

• Camera configuration

• Microphone configuration

• 18:00 (?) Per-room installation of everything

  • 1 presenter box
  • 1 camera box
  • 1 camera with power supply
  • 1 tripod
  • 1 hdmi cable (camera->box)
  • 1 XLR cable (microphone->camera)
  • 1 set of sennheiser transmitter+receiver, lapel microphone
  • 2 3.5->6.4 jack converters
  • 1 3.5->3.5 audio cable (presenter laptop->box)
  • 2 VGA cables (laptop->presenter box, presenter box->beamer)
  • (OPTIONAL) 1 HDMI->VGA converter
  • (OPTIONAL) 1 HDMI cable for the converter

• Testing

• Returning cameras
