Before FOSDEM

• Prepare BOM per room

Friday

• 09:00 camera and microphone pickup at budgetcam locations (Seb, Egb)
• 12:00 arrival
  • arrival on site: 6 ppl (Mark, Vasil+ 4 .bg)
  • arrival of flight cases (boxes and cabling)
  • arrival of vocto boxes
  • install vocto boxes
• 15:00 arrival of cameras and microphones
  • load fresh batteries in the microphones
  • camera configuration
  • microphone configuration
• 16:00 per-room installation
  • central monitoring & overview: Vasil(?), Mark
  • parallel 2 people teams each for AW, H, K, U
  • priority to Janson (Julien Detrooz?) and K1105 "Lafontaine"
• per-room equipment
  • 1 presenter box
  • 1 camera box
  • 1 camera with power supply
  • 1 tripod
  • 1 hdmi cable (camera->box)
  • 1 XLR cable (microphone->camera)
  • 1 set of sennheiser transmitter+receiver, lapel microphone
  • 2 3.5->6.4 jack converters
  • 1 3.5->3.5 audio cable (presenter laptop->box)
  • 2 VGA cables (laptop->presenter box, presenter box->beamer)
  • (OPTIONAL) 1 HDMI->VGA converter
  • (OPTIONAL) 1 HDMI cable for the converter
• testing
• return cameras to central storage

Saturday

• 08:00 installing cameras, testing
  • 2 people teams each for AW, H, K, U
  • priority to Janson (Julien Detrooz?) and K1105 "Lafontaine"
• 09:10 Streaming start
• 13:30 start replacing batteries
• 18:30 END of the day
• Copying recordings from the boxes
• Moving cameras back to K

Sunday

• Start of the day: 08:30
• Installing cameras, testing

• Streaming start: 09:40
• 13:30 start replacing batteries
• 18:10 END of the day
• Copying recordings from the boxes
• Dismantling
