Add t-shirt size to profile

It would be useful if volunteers could add their t-shirt size to their profile.

Reason for collecting this information would be to assist with working out how many t-shirts need to be ordered.

Field should be optional.

This should be a drop down box of the default sizes available.

+1 from me on that - most of the video team is known in advance and we should be able to have this information beforehand.

Field must be mandatory, at least at the option "none" but they should need to select anything.

default to 1 size fits all ... XXXL or so 😃
But all kidding aside:

• do specify that its to be worn over a shirt (in most cases) so it should be their regular size +1 ? (also European sizes for muricans)
• also specify that it's a volunteer t-shirt (ppl might assume they get a regular visitor t-shirt ... )
