Steps to reproduce behavior

1. Download and install icestudio for windows (stable): icestudio-0.12-win64
2. Launch icestudio
3. Select board: iCEBreaker
4. Click message that prompts to install STABLE Toolchain
5. A pop-up appears with a single OK button: "Install the STABLE Toolchain. This operation requires Internet connection. NOTE: You need to disconnect your VPN (if any) to allow the toolchain installation Do you want to continue?"
6. Click OK -> Nothing happens.

Expected behavior

Clicking OK to install STABLE Toolchain should initiate the install.

Actual behavior

Clicking OK doesn't do anything
