after countless of hours farming every fargot souls mod dungeon me and my friends cant get the beecloak to drop or spawn.

i want the beecloak to drop for the quests(I NEED 100%)

Dear Gentlemen. I am kinda upset. That the questline for the fargos souls mod isnt complete. is it a bug? do others have the same issue ? i just want to know can i get the beecloak in my playthrough. i would thank you for a fast replie
