Describe the bug

Mobs in the Rift Dimension break blocks and causes the block items to drop.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get group of enemies in the rift dimension
2. Gather them around a hill, pillar, or other vertical surface
3. Mobs attack you and causes the blocks of the terrain to drop but not actually break
4. PROFIT

Expected behaviour

Mobs can not break terrain.
