Server attempts to stop so that the panel can restart it but it ends up being stuck in a zombie state where I have to manually kill it after this error shows in console.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have LuckPerms on Forge
2. Install Xmod Compat and FTB Chunks
3. Stop the dedicated server

Anything else to note?

Additional context: While the Solstice Essentials mod does do the restart, it just calls the same code as /stop would.
