Flash when quick switching to  Assault-rifle

When i use quick weapon-change to switch to the Assault-rifle, the standard muzzle-flash will be displayed. This issue is present in Half-Life and both of its addons. im using the Pc version 32-bit. I tested 5 older versions of this project and the error was present in all of them. I checked from this one backwards.
