Wrong offset of 0.5 in the get_all_pixel_solid_angles function in detector.py

The calculation of the incidence angle (https://github.com/FXIhub/condor/blob/master/condor/detector.py#L383), seems to be using the wrong offset. This could be a potential source of errors.
