Feature Request: automated Password Reset

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users currently have no way to reset their password if they forget it and are locked out of their account. They would have to contact an admin for help-

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like an automated password reset flow, like this:

• A "Forgot Password" link/button on the login screen.
• A form where users enter their email
• pepp should then send a mail with a temporary one-time link to the users email address
• the user should then be able to set a new password

Describe alternatives you've considered
Contact an Admin for a password reset.
A question based password reset, but the answer to questions can also be forgotten.

This is kind of important but also not that trivial to implement.

• Sending a reset link is not that much of a problem, but making the process secure will be
• Contacting an admin is unrealistic on the amount of users
• Security questions are not secure
