Bump version to 3.0.4

Set CLIENT_VERSION_REVISION 1 -> 4 in src/clientversion.h and
_CLIENT_VERSION_REVISION 1 -> 4 in configure.ac (AC_INIT derives the
package version from these macros), aligning the source version with the
existing v3.0.1/v3.0.2/v3.0.3 release tags and producing version 3.0.4.0.
