Logos Splash Screen appears

Then disappears. This is after the login did not work correctly - The webpage opened, but once I indicated that I was logging in it failed to do anything else.

I have been trying to make this work for weeks. It is a nice idea, and provides hope for the future, but there is not any success yet.

I should have added that I am using the latest beta installer V4.0.0-beta.11

Now for the rest of the story - this was my problem, not the installers.

The Logos login screen where the "Accept" but is selected, then moves you to a page where it talks about being redirected to the app. But mine did not redirect. I selected the link that then added a second selection that was supposed to redirect you to the app. Still no luck. After pressing it several times, I gave up.

But that was too soon! I uninstalled, then reinstalled and started this process again. This time I checked the app after pressing the "Accept" button. Nothing changed. Then I selected the first link and checked the app again. Still nothing. Then I pressed the second link and checked the app, and it took me to the next steps. I could not rely on the links, I had to check each step and discover that the third try was necessary to move forward.

Now to figure out why 15 minutes into using the app, it locked up and eventually stopped the whole computer from responding. I restarted the machine and had to reinstall the app again.

I'm getting the same issue as I added at the bottom of issue 418 only with mine the splash screen sometimes never goes away and sometimes does

Thank you for reporting! This is a known issue and we are working on it in #400, with an open PR needing review and testing in #401.
