When Doing OS Level Upgrade to 9.2, Fpp is changing a static IP Address

Describe the bug
When Doing Os Upgrade from 8.4.2 to 9.2, FPP is changing static IP Address. As you will see in the pictures, before upgrade the front tree is .22 but after upgrading at the os level it switches to .235 even though the static network is still showing it should be .22. I have to upgrade network, restart network and reboot to get it back to normal. This has happened on 3 separate controllers so far today.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to fpp and do an os level upgrade to 9.2

Expected behavior
After upgrade, not having to search for the new ip address as it should not change when it is set to static.

Just did it on a pi upgrade

@blun23 Are you able to replicate this problem reliably? I've seen it before but I can't replicate it to try and work on fixing it.
