Output To Lights on K4PB2 running 9.2-2

Please answer the following:

FPP Version and Hardware:
FPP 9.2-2 On K4 PB2

Describe the bug and Steps to reproduce:
A clear and concise description of what the bug is and the steps to be taken to reproduce.
When outputting to lights from xlights, the efuse will turn on and off in less than a second after pushing the output to lights button and the effect in xlights is selected (the window shows lights in xlights). You can then manually turn on the output in the current monitor screen and then the efuse will stay on and the prop will stay illuminated.
If you click off the effect, turn on output to lights, then select the effect, the efuse will enable and stay enabled and the lights will illuminate on the prop.

Expected behavior:
When outputting to lights, the efuses will turn on and stay on.

Additional context:
I will try and run tests on my K8(almost) and K16 but those are currently in my show.

Please include the log files. To create the file:

1. Open the FPP UI
2. Open the the File Manager (Content Setup->File Manager),
3. Select the "Logs" tab
4. Click "zip" button.
5. Attach to this ticket.

Tried on my K8(Almost) and Output to lights works as expected. Put effect on prop on output 1. Only difference, I had channels assigned to other outputs.

I'd suggest reaching out to the vendor if its just a problem with one particular model of cape.
