Add EEPROMs section to FPP reset

If a user removes a Falcon Picap V2 (with EEPROM) it creates media/config/co-pixelStrings.json. If they want to remove the hat it shows a DPI warning:

I'm guessing that the setting could be removed in FPP reset using the configuration files checkbox, but I what I think might be helpful is EEPROM configuration files. That should delete the file mentioned above that is created when you have a cape/hat with a real eeprom, or the virtual eeprom files.
