[BUG] Unable to download course that requires OTP

Describe the bug
When I by pass the OTP to the login with password url, the error says
WARNING: Login button not found, navigating to fallback URL
ERROR: Could not login: Message: invalid session id

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Site name: https://sso.teachable.com/secure/156164/identity/login/password?force=true
2. command run python3 main.py --url --email --password
   ...

Expected behavior
That the course will start downloading

Hi,

When you reach the webpage where its asks for OTP, scroll to the bottom and you will see an option to login using email ID and password click on it.

On the next page your username and password will be auto filled and it'll start downloading the course.
