Request: publish a new release to PyPI

Hi! Thanks for maintaining ALE!

I noticed that the latest version on PyPI (0.11.2) was released in July 2025, but there have been additional commits/changes in the repository since then.

Would it be possible to publish a new release (and upload it to PyPI), including these updates?

In particular, I’m interested in using the GPU XLA support and nanobind.

Happy to help test or validate if that’s useful.
