Provide default human keyboard play bindings for games where it makes sense

It would be really cool if, at least for the simpler games which are highly human keyboard playable like lunar lander and the car game, that there was a default gymnasium.utils.play.play https://gymnasium.farama.org/api/utils/#visualization keyboard bindings so people could just fire them up and play with them without defining their own bindings.

In the same vein, it would be cool if such games could be launched directly from a pre-provided CLI without any coding:

gymnasium --fps 10 --seed 0 LunarLander-v3

Thanks for the suggestion, I like this idea, however, with different keyboards, I'm not sure what the best way of implementing this would be

Do you mean different keyboard layouts like English vs French? If that's the issue, just make it work on En-US of course, who cares about the rest of the world :-) (note: I'm joking but it's true)

Options could be added later on to support different keyboard layouts if people want to, or to have some smart system that automatically detects and converts keypresses. But En-US should be starting point. Related: #1330
