Release new version of the package

Would it be possible to release a new version of multi-agent-ale-py with the latest fixes from the master branch?

More specifically, I'm looking into this fix: 92d22b8

The latest package (0.1.11) will not compile on more recent Ubuntu systems (see #21) unless that fix is applied.

Hi @thomasbbrunner, thanks for tagging me.

As ALE was transferred to the farama-foundation recently, our plan is to actually upstream all of the changes to ALE and archive MA-ALE.
See Farama-Foundation#584 for the current progress however looking over it I think we will want to begin again
The problem is that jjshoots doesn't have time anymore so if you would like to take it over, we would be very happily.

@thomasbbrunner I'm going to work on merging MALE into ALE here pseudo-rnd-thoughts#4 for now if you interested in helping based on Ben Blacks original PR to ALE (Farama-Foundation#405)

There are two obvious changes that need to need to be implemented.

1. Merge the continuous actions and multi-player actions API
2. Add the remaining game implementations (only Pong is supported for now), would you want to work on this?

Once these are completed, we'll need to add documentation and test with PZ as the API should be very similar
