[Question] Compatibility with Python 3.13

Hi PettingZoo team,

I wanted to inquire if there are any plans to support Python 3.13 in the near future. Given the new Python release, ensuring compatibility would be valuable for the ecosystem and for projects like ours that depend on PettingZoo.

I am one of the developers of MLPro, a machine learning framework that currently integrates with PettingZoo for multi-agent environments through our wrapper: MLPro-Int-PettingZoo.
