Outdated version string

The version 5.9b release still has the version 5.8.7b string.

In this screenshot, I have commit 713543b (v5.9b) compiled, with the About window and title bar showing the incorrect version.

SCMRev is almost completely broken in this fork, we just set values manually in scmrev.h.
We'll redo it all for 6.0
