🎉 Carbon Credits Dashboard - ISSUE #19 COMPLETE & READY FOR TESTING

The Carbon Credits Dashboard has been fully implemented with all acceptance criteria met, TypeScript compilation verified, and production build confirmed working. The feature is now ready for:

What Was Built

A comprehensive Carbon Credits Dashboard for the user dashboard allowing users to:

  • View Portfolio: Real-time balance of all carbon credits from Stellar blockchain
  • Portfolio Stats: Total credits, portfolio value, active/retired credit counts
  • Trade Credits: Button to navigate to marketplace for trading
  • Retire Credits: Button to navigate to retirement flow
  • Refresh Option: Manual portfolio refresh with auto-refresh every 5 minutes
  • Error Handling: Graceful error states, empty states, and loading states
  • Responsive Design: Mobile, tablet, and desktop compatible
  • Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA compliant with keyboard navigation
