[Feature Request] send wl-mirror to wallpaper layer

Basically the same idea as this one: Wallpaper Engine running in Sway, but thought of running various emulators as a background noise instead.

1. Sway creates fake_monitor1
2. Send any software to fake_monitor1
3. Launch wl-mirror to capture fake_monitor1 to be used as wallpaper/background across all workspaces.

This would require implementing support for wlr-layer-shell and creating a layer shell surface instead of a regular toplevel for wl-mirror.

This can be done, but would require some restructuring of the codebase to allow recreating the window as a different kind of surface.

Iniitally I thought, it would be a rather obscure use-case, but after second thoughts,
maybe it makes more sense to look at wl-mirror as a replacement to entire software stack.

So rather than people searching for each wayland inclusive piece like swww for wallpapers,
mpvpaper+ytdlp for video wallpapers, music visualizers, people could just use what they already have, and choose to run firefox with a website containing clock widget as a wallpaper instead.
