Known issues related to new models (engineRequestModel features)

These are the known MTA:SA issues that are affecting vehicles added using the clientside model allocation features.

• engineRequestModel("vehicle") doesn't load default GTA scripts (#1861)
• Door & panel states (damage) not syncing for vehicles with custom model IDs (#2571)
• Sirens don't work on vehicles with custom added models (#4090)
