NPCs

• Rip the NPC data from the ROM
• Rip the NPC sprites from the ROM
• Rip the dialog strings from the ROM
• Detect that A button was pressed when facing an NPC
• Put the dialog in a dialog box
• Make the NPCs move? (maybe this is its own separate issue)
