Title Screen

Just put a nice graphic on the screen. Go to the party selection screen when A is pressed.

• DMA the graphics into memory, probably include a font and window borders as well
• Set up video mode 1
• How do we fade in and out? Color math? Palettes?

This is basically done, but I'll keep it open to track some ideas.

We did Mode 7 instead of Mode 1, with the plan being to render the overworld behind the title card (which is sprites). We can fade in and out with color math, subtracting the fixed color from the background.

Ultimately, we want this to fade in on the overworld while it's slowly scrolling in airship perspective. We can have it do a tour of various important locations on the overworld. If you have a game in progress (save game slot 0), it can fade in on your last overworld location.
