Improve UX when operations time out

As found in https://github.com/FilOzone/early-repair/issues/7#issuecomment-4893291356, when operations time out, there is very little feedback for the operator.
The whole process works after a retry, but knowing what has caused the timeout and why would make it easier to improve the code.
