Important information

• I would like to reiterate that the official TWP extensions for each store are these:
• Firefox addons
• Chrome Store
• Edge Store
• Firefox Android
• On Firefox for Android, if you search for TWP - Translate For Mobile, you'll find an official extension—and that is the one I recommend using on Android.
• Any other extension you find named TWP is unofficial, and I do not recommend using it.

Release Notes

• Added:
  • Bing now supports translating to Spanish (Mexico).
• Changes:
  • Translating selected text with DeepL no longer opens new tabs and now works on Android. Enable DeepL in the settings.
• Fixed:
  • Translation using Bing, Yandex, and DeepL not working.
    • Note: Yandex does not yet work on Android.
  • Fixed incorrect extension user interface text:
    • “Never translate this language” in Arabic, Finnish, Hebrew, and Hindi.
    • “Show translated text when hovering” in Bengali, German, Greek, and Hebrew.
    • The incorrect translation led users to completely misunderstand what the option actually did.
• Updated: interface localizations.

In addition to this, I’d like to suggest adding a feature that allows users to back up and restore their settings. This isn’t urgent—the priority is to resolve the translation issue on X first.

This already exists; it's in the storage settings.
It currently isn't working in Chrome/Edge (it only works in Firefox), but it will be fixed in version 10.2.

This issue involves significant changes to the pageTranslator. It will not be fixed in the final version 10.2.
