[Bug] The buttons (options) aren't working #1000

Steps To Reproduce

1. Click or tap "Settings" (the gear icon) in the extension's menu (the dropdown menu that appears at the top, labeled "Translate this page?" and containing the Settings, Translate, and Undo buttons).

2. Click or tap "More Options."

3. Click or tap "Translations."

4. Under "Automatically translate when you click a link on the current site that leads to the same site," select "No."

5. The "Yes" option is missing. The button does not work.

6. Click or tap "Settings" (the gear icon) in the extension's menu (the dropdown menu that appears at the top, labeled "Translate page?" and containing the Settings, Translate, and Undo buttons).

7. Click or tap "More Options."

8. Click or tap "Privacy."

9. "Select the translation services you want to use" --> The "DeepL" option cannot be selected.

Expected Result

On Android, Windows, and Fedora; in Firefox, Chrome, Ungoogled Chromium, Cromite, Fennec, and other Firefox- and Chromium-based browsers, the buttons (options) do not work.
