Context

Creating a campaign from scratch is friction. Reusable templates (referral, leaderboard, tiered
rewards) speed up operators and encode best practices.

Scope

• Curated template catalog; clone-to-create prefilling config (windows, tiers, rules).
• Save-as-template from an existing campaign.
• Validation of cloned config before publish.

Acceptance criteria

• An operator creates a working campaign from a template in a few clicks.

Verification

• Test clones a template → produces a valid, publishable campaign.
