DM message - selecting from the mutual servers

• Feature: option must be returned from every message to the bot DM , prompting the user to select one of the mutual servers or cancel the procedure
• option can be in form of buttons or menus(preferably)
• This is issue dependent on Storing anonymous channel Id and log channels Id in DB  #1
