A while ago, a blog outlining some TVB fictional islands was posted. This blog proves to be useful in the documentation of these fictional islands, but may not be directly used as it never mentions which episodes the screenshots came from.
While there are successful attempts in identifying these episodes (mostly through other blogs or comments on TVB's social media posts), the sources of a substantial portion of these islands are yet to be identified.
