Implementing name search from Lu's elastic name search solution into family-member.tsx and advancedSearchModal.tsx once Lu's PR is approved or pushed.

Currently the name search in family-member.tsx is not working while in advancedSearchModal it has limitation where it use JHipster .equals filter to work. This implementation only able to search for the user name that exactly match the value that is inserted by the user which is not useful.
