Allow customizing what counts as a URL #476
Description
I'm including URLs in @misc entries' howpublished field in order to have better control of how they're rendered (in particular, I want the links in the PDF to point to archive.org without this being visible in the print-out).
With the "Escape special characters" option enabled, such URLs are, however, escaped. In particular, this is a problem with URLs containing underscores.
This looks like a generalization of issue #415 in which URLs in certain fields aren't escaped: other fields may also contain \url{...}, \href{...}{...}, or other forms of included URLs.
Would it be possible to allow customizing the set of macro names that handle URLs? Thanks.
(The same issue in reverse also applies to "Encode URLs".)
