[Bug] Supplementaries Cannonballs Bypass Claims

Description

The above picture shows the hole in the hill, made by the cannonball. You'll notice the claim perimeter as well, which encases the damaged area.

In the Supplementaries Mod (supplementaries-1.20-3.1.9), there is a cannonball item that can destroy blocks in claims. It doesn't matter if the claim is there, the cannonball freely removes blocks.

Steps to reproduce

• Find the cannon in Supplementaries
• Load the cannon with gunpowder and the cannonball
• Claim an area
• Fire the cannon ball into the claimed area

supplementaries use a custom explosion that bypasses claim checks. you should report this to them
