Sophisticated Backpacks with an item in your off hand can bypass claim protection

Description

so basically, with the mod sophisticated backpacks
it blocks the crouch right click to pick up things fine normally, but players have discovered if you hold an item in your off hand you can ignore this and it will work to pick up the backpacks.

Steps to reproduce

1. place sophisticated backpack ina claim
2. get person to hold item in offhand
   3.get them to crouch right click the backpack then can pick it up

on the (neo)forge version they need to check explicitly for block use all (RightClickBlock#getUseBlock).
fabric sadly has no equivalent of that so idk how to resolve that. ideally they would also perform an additional check there
