Add user management for a Consultant Account

I'd like to be able to manage users (and their account) that have a subscription to SmartSchedules in FlexMeasures via V2G Liberty.
This would result in me being able to fully service users for start to end without the need for an admin to preform any tasks.
This probably involves a new role, let's call it "AccountAdmin" for now.

The following is a general description, it does not indicate how this should be done in the UI, that is for later.
From the users/account/assets overview with last login/seen drill down to details, from there edit the details.
Create, Edit, Delete/Inactivate users/accounts/assets.
Edit Email address, Reset Password, etc. there must remain an immutable ID to keep track of what the original was and this can be used for invoicing.
Edit assets, sensors, and the way the optimisation works (e.g. with/without solar)
This will (partly?) replace the notification e-mails

Preferably users can edit the following themselves (mostly in place already?):
Settings like e-mails notifications
Their asset location, name etc.
Their own display name, Reset Password (not e-mail, this is used for invoicing, only changeable by AccountAdmin.

- Do you mean this should be supported in the FlexMeasures Client, so you can build support for it in V2GLiberty Frontend? - The API (which the client uses) can do a lot of this on users, just not user creation. And we should not do all at once, anyways. - We would & should make the step in our auth model which allows consultants to edit certain things on their client accounts. This is actually where the core FlexMeasures work for this would focus on. - Another crucial question would be how to test, especially if V2GLiberty, FM-Client and FlexMeasures work together - Account editing is a recent UI feature, by the way - is there a word missing from the discussion title?

Well, there it has to happen anyways. The client would be on top.
