Add hints/warnings in addition to description on trails

Hi I like the idea of a decentralized route catalog very much 😄

I like to suggest a splitup of the description textfield:

• Description - short text summarizing your track (What makes it unique or how is it compared to other?) The very essential text you might read to understand the route.
• Warnings - Optional hints if the way is save at anytime.
• Hints - Suggestions what equipment is suggested or stops you might want to see

For me, this would allow not only to communicate this warnings / hints, but also to keep the basic description as short as possible and easy to read 😉

My current approach is to use italic paragraphs to separate hints and warnings in track. For my visual impression this is ok, but I would love to keep it in a separated structure, so users can hide it (hints) or need to read it more prominently before download (e.g. modal dialog before download).
