Federation of title, description & comments between e.g. Mastodon & Wanderer

First of all, it is extremely cool that this project now supports ActivityPub, it works quite well and I'm just taking the task from #308 seriously to test it out. 😎

When looking at https://layer8.space/@[email protected]/114694616313829355, I have added a comment to the trail from Mastodon but it doesn't show up in Wanderer. Looking at https://trails.magdeburg.jetzt/trail/view/@momar/869008500e82843, I have written a comment there which doesn't show up in Mastodon.

Is supporting other ActivityPub clients/servers a planned feature, or is the primary focus for the federation on multiple Wanderer instances talking to each other for now? If the former is the case, I'd also suggest adding the title & description to the post so that it shows up in e.g. Mastodon.

I am testing on the same instance of wanderer and noticed that although following a profile on there from e.g. Mastodon is possible, the corresponding user on wanderer isn't notified regarding that circumstance.

I cannot reproduce this. Following produces a notification. Are you sure you did not disable notifications in wanderer?
