Nodeinfo for instance metadata

Hi! now that initial support for federation with ActivityPub has been added, I think it would be good to add support for NodeInfo to extend compatibility with Fediverse platforms, especially for instance collection statistics like the-federation, Fedidb or fediverse.observer which need nodeinfo to detect different softwares.
