[Bug]: Duplicating tab with gestures bug #2293

Bug Summary
When duplicating with gesture it wont open into new duplicated window, stays on the old one.
Reproduction Steps
Add duplicate with gestures.
Expected Behavior
When gesturing to duplicate should Duplicate -> Focus on duplicated tab.
Actual Behavior
Stays on the on old tab.
