[Bug]: Exit Floorp when last workspace tab is closed not working in private mode

Bug Summary

The option to enable closing the window when the last tab is closed doesn't work in private mode. It just acts like the option isn't enabled instead.
I've even tried to manually change the setting in about:config and it works, but the setting is changed back whenever I quit Floorp

Reproduction Steps

1. Enable Exit Floorp when last workspace tab is closed
2. Go into private mode
3. Close the last tab

Expected Behavior

The window should close when you close the last tab

Actual Behavior

The tab doesnt close and instead goes to the new tab page.
