Startup lag for rule-based icons #666

Describe the bug
I just updated to the latest version and noticed that when I restart Obsidian, icons that are applied through rules (for my files, not my folders) take 3-5 seconds to fully load and display in the sidebar. Before updating, I didn't notice any lag.
To Reproduce
- Close Obsidian
- Open Obsidian
Expected behavior
I expect the icons to load within a second, if not faster, when opening obsidian.

Additional context
I don't see anything particularly interesting in the Developer Console, just "loading iconize". I also tried disabling Dataview, Excalidraw, and QuickAdd plugins to see if that would solve the issue. It did not.
