Align the api with the dotnet api

Is it possible to add the new api from Flow to the api for python?

I think most of the calls are added, maybe a couple that are not. I haven't looked at whether it is possible, but it would be good if it is.

Some can be added without a lot of work (like ShowMsgError) but some didn't work for me when I tried some work arounds (like OpenUri).

It's possible because OpenUri needs a Uri object, which is not provided by jsonrpc plugin. Therefore, it cannot be requested. OpenUrl shall work.
